Assignment #1: Design a mood board or storyboard based on a researched theme/style, which you'll turn into a motion graphic project later.
In this class, we’ll give you the tools to breathe life into your animations — whether in 2D or 3D. Get your feet wet in keyframe magic, bring characters to life, and explore the essentials like timing and anticipation. We’re setting you up to create animations that pop.

In this class, you'll get to grips with After Effects, from its interface to essential tools, and learn how to set up and organise your projects. By the end, you'll start animating with confidence, creating a simple keyframe animation as a stepping stone to bringing your projects to life.

Assignment #2: Craft a simple keyframe animation (10-15 seconds) and, if time permits, incorporate elements from your mood board for cohesion.
In this workshop, you'll get to practice keyframe animation hands-on alongside our instructor. After crafting your animations, you'll team up to brainstorm and bring your creative visions to life. Let's turn those keyframes into dynamic stories!

In this class, we’re exploring Photoshop and After Effects to create a smooth, looping animation. It’s a hands-on way to kickstart your animation journey and set the stage for more exciting projects.

Conquer text and shapes, get hands-on with effects and presets, and master motion paths and masks to create impressive animations. Plus, you'll get to fine-tune your moves with the graph editor for that extra polish. Get set to make your projects shine.

Assignment #3: Create a dynamic ad with text and objects only — choose between a corporate advert (software, tech, etc.) or a social media promo (energy drink, makeup, etc.).
In this class, you’ll turn your After Effects skills from basic to brilliant by diving into 3D elements, mastering cameras, lights, and automating your animations with custom scripts. Unlock advanced effects and plugins that will make your projects stand out with depth and flair.

Assignment #4: Produce a 3D story with camera manipulation or animate a 3D logo, applying learned techniques in cameras, lighting, and expressions.

Assignment #5: Develop a promo video or animated PowerPoint using Adobe Premiere Pro.
